John Doe was arrested in Dorchester for distribution of heroin in a school zone. Mr Doe was facing up to four years in jail and potential deportation. After the Prosecution didn’t comply with turning over surveillance information as ordered by the Court, Attorney White argued that the Commonwealth must be sanctioned for failing to abide by a court order. The District Court agreed with her and dismissed all charges against Mr. Doe.
