NOT GUILTY: Trafficking in Cocaine

John Doe was charged in the Worcester Superior Court in 2002 for trafficking in cocaine between 28-100 grams.

After having allegedly defaulted for 13 years from his court case, Mr. Doe was taken into custody in Texas and then extradited to Massachusetts where he was held for 16 months pending trial.

Attorney White took Mr. Doe’s case to a bench trial and got Mr. Doe acquitted. Despite an alleged immigration detainer and high bail on another charge of failing to appear, Attorney White convinced the court to release Mr. Doe on his own personal recognizance with pre-trial terms of release.

Mr. Doe was released and was reunited with his family.
