Possession of a Firearm Case Dropped

Jane Doe was charged with possessing a firearm in her own home. She is the mother of three small children and was arrested when police searched her home after a fire.

During the search, police found a 9mm Walther Smith handgun behind her television set.

After mounting a vigorous defense, Attorney Veronica White convinced the assistant district attorney that another person was responsible for this gun and that justice can only be served by dismissing the case.

The assistant district attorney agreed to nolle prosequi Ms Doe’s charges, and the case was dropped.
