Second Subsequent Firearm Case Generally Continued

Mr. Doe faced an indictment for a second subsequent firearm possession and possession and intent to distribute cocaine in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

The charges carried a mandatory minimum of five years in state prison. Attorney Veronica J. White convinced the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office to generally continue Mr. Doe’s case as a reward for all of the progress he has made in changing his life dramatically.

Mr. Doe has five years ahead of him of probation and if he complies with his conditions of maintaining employment and staying far away from Suffolk County, his case will be dropped (Nolle Prossed).

Mr. Doe has no trial date, and no further date set in court. Attorney White hopes to advance his case in five years or sooner when time has come for the case to dropped all together.
