John Doe was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of cocaine in the Brighton District Court. He was held on a high bail for several months.

Attorney Veronica J White filed discovery motions and demanded a probable cause hearing. After many delays by the District Attorney, the hearing was marked no further continuances. Following the District Attorney’s further inability to respond to Attorney White’s motions, Mr Doe’s case was dismissed in the Brighton District Court and Mr Doe was free to go.
