Client Released: No Violation in Probation Surrender

John Doe was on probation for possession of cocaine when he was arrested for allegedly trafficking cocaine. He was charged in the Malden District Court. As a result of this charge, he was the subject of a violation of probation proceeding. He was then held without bail pending the probation violation hearing.

Attorney Veronica J White successfully convinced the court to release Mr Doe on $1,500 bail. She further persuaded the judge that the probation department could not provide any evidence that Mr Doe had violated his probation. The Court agreed and Mr. Doe posted bail and was released.
