Case Dismissed: Possession with Intent to Distribute
Case Outcome
John Doe was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a class B substance and distribution of a class B substance. This arrest came after the Boston Police stopped a car his friend was driving and forcibly removed him from the car and threw him down on the sidewalk.
