Case Dismissed: Possession of Cocaine on a Dollar Bill

John Doe was charged with possession of cocaine. Mr Doe was stopped by the Quincy policy for a motor vehicle infraction and was accused of possessing a dollar bill with a residue of cocaine.

As part of her defense strategy, Attorney Veronica White of White & Associates P.C. filed an extensive motion for discovery, which the judge so ordered.

Because he was not able to produce all of the discovery, the District Attorney was forced to dismiss the narcotics charge against Mr Doe on court costs.
