Possession with Intent to Distribute Dismissed

John Doe was charged with possession with intent to distribute of a class D substance in the Orleans District Court. Attorney White filed a motion to suppress the motor vehicle stop in the case. After the Commonwealth answered not ready on the motion to suppress, the case was dismissed with prejudice and Mr. Doe cannot be charged again for this issue.
