Heroin Trafficking Case Dropped

Boston Police made forceful entry in Jane Doe’s home, armed with a search warrant and found 80 grams of heroin in the basement of the triple decker apartment she was leasing.

Attorney White convinced the Suffolk County District Attorney that the Commonwealth’s case was weak and after much effort, convinced the district attorney’s office not to indict Ms Doe.

As a result of these efforts, trafficking charges were completely dropped. Ms. Doe’s case was subsequently nolle prossed in the Roxbury District Court and she was free to go.
