John Doe was arrested for selling fentanyl to an undercover police officer in Dorchester, Massachusetts.

Attorney White then filed motions to compel the Commonwealth to provide the discovery. Commonwealth still didn’t provide discovery.
After additional litigation, a trial date was set. However, when it came time for the trial, the Commonwealth was not ready for trial, so the judge dismissed the case.
Mr. Doe was free to go.
