John Doe was stopped for two separate routine traffic offenses that both led to illegal seizure of large amount of marijuana.

Challenge

Mr. Doe was charged with intent to distribute in two separate cases, one in the Boston Municipal Court and the other in the Charlestown District Court.

Solution
