Case Dismissed: Armed Assault with Intent to Murder
Case Outcome
John Doe was charged in Lawrence District Court with two counts of armed assault with intent to murder. Grand jury investigation was also pending against him. Lawrence police arrested Mr Doe after witnesses identified him as being involved in a shooting in broad daylight in a CVS parking lot in Lawrence. Based on the seriousness of these charges, Mr Doe was held with out bail.
